Important Notice: As a result of the General Assembly of North Carolina's Appropriations Act of 2011, North Carolina's participation in the ACM, as both a sender and a receiver of students, will be phased out beginning with academic year 2012-13. Students certified for the ACM who are enrolled and begin study prior to the second summer session in 2012 may continue to pay in-state tuition as long as they remain enrolled in their specified degree program. (The second summer session is considered to be a part of the following academic year, even if it should begin prior to July 1.)
